Install Smart Helpline

Add the Smart Helpline app to your home screen for quick access to your AI receptionist platform — on iPhone, Android, or desktop.

iPhone & iPad (Safari)

  1. Tap the Share button at the bottom of Safari (or top on iPad).
  2. Scroll down in the menu for more options.
  3. Tap "Add to Home Screen".
  4. Tap "Add" to confirm — the app is now installed.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Tap the menu button (three dots) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
  2. Find "Install app" or "Add to Home screen".
  3. Tap "Install" to confirm.

Desktop (Chrome, Edge, or Brave)

  1. Look for the install icon in the address bar.
  2. Click "Install" — the app opens in its own window.
